Allow users to display % Spent/Used and/or Amount Spent in PDF exports when using a Phase column to track account spending.

Current behavior:

The platform budget view can calculate and display the percentage of an account/line item that has been spent.

In the PDF Builder, users can currently show the Remaining Budget, but not the % Spent or Amount Spent. The PDF shows the dollar amount remaining rather than the percentage or actual amount already spent.

Requested behavior:

In the PDF Builder, provide column options for:

% Spent / % Used

Amount Spent / Actuals

Remaining Budget (existing)

This would allow users to reflect the same spending visualization available in the budget view within their exported PDFs.
