One other question, how do I set a 10 hours base across the entire crew? Right now it feels like I have to edit each one.

Hi John, we've implemented a new OT calculator and configurations that allow you to set the base hours for the entire column. Simply click the drop down arrow in the "Overtime" column header and set the base hours. You can still customize the base hours for each line item individually if you want by clicking on the OT cell for that line.

hey John, love this feedback. In the mean time you can click on the drag handle to drag down the settings to other cells or copy and paste that cell to multiple cells in that column.
