Bookkeeper Role (or Customizable Role Permissions)

Need a role that allows a bookkeeper to view, categorize, and sync transactions to QuickBooks Online, without the ability to manage funds, issue expense cards, or adjust project allocations.
The current Accountant role is the only option that grants QuickBooks sync access, but it bundles in full financial management permissions (fund management, expense card issuance, bill pay).
This is too much authority to give to a bookkeeper, who should only have access to the accounting/transaction workflow.
Requested Solution: Either add a dedicated Bookkeeper role with the following scoped permissions, or allow workspace owners to customize role permissions:
- View transactions across all projects
- Categorize transactions and edit GL codes
- Sync transactions to QuickBooks Online
- No access to manage funds or project allocations
- No ability to issue expense cards or process bill pay
Production companies often work with external bookkeepers who need QuickBooks sync access but shouldn't have spending authority. The current all-or-nothing Accountant role creates a trust/security gap for these workflows.
