The current “Amount” filter on the Transactions page only supports strict numeric operators such as:

Equals

Greater than

Less than

While useful for exact filtering, this does not work well for investigative workflows where users are trying to quickly locate transactions by approximate or partial amount values.

Users often do not know the exact final transaction amount due to:

CC / processing fees

taxes

rounding differences

adjustments

currency conversions

split transactions

As a result, exact numeric filters become cumbersome and inefficient.

A user may be trying to locate a transaction originally expected to be around $506.75, but the final posted amount could differ slightly because of fees or adjustments.

Current experience:

User must know the exact amount or manually create ranges using greater than / less than filters.

Desired experience:

User can search partial values like:

506

506.7

And quickly see all matching transactions containing those values in the amount field.
