Have a phase that is tied to another phase?

Is it possible to have a phase that is tied to another phase? For instance, I’m bidding in US$ and then I have a CAD Phase that tracks along with it.
or I have an internal budget phase and then an external budget phase that adds a certain percentage to each or some line items?
Agencies never show mark-up. All agencies bill with all costs and fees included (taxes, mark-up, etc..). Having an internal budget and an external allows you to track profitability in real time.

Update: Hack to tie a Phase (A) to another Phase (B) with a multiplier (ex. 1.5x) or with a different currency + conversion (Euros, 1.5x)
I wanted to share this hack in the meantime before we have a more formal implementation of this. You CAN make this happen right now, as long as you don't need line-specific markups/differences within the lines on the markup.
- Add a phase rollup and choose the phase (A) you'd like to either convert in a different currency (Euros + conversion rate) or just apply a markup (1.5x) on a B version.
- Title the Phase Rollup differently as desired (B). Select only the phase you'd like. Set the calculation as "Sum". Assign it a color is desired.
- Click the "Set Currency" button on your new Phase Rollup (B).
4-a. If you want a Markup on your entire budget, leave the currency as is and adjust the conversion rate. Make sure "Apply conversion" is check marked.
4-b. If you want a different Currency + Conversion on your entire budget, select the currency and adjust the conversion rate properly. Make sure "Apply conversion" is check marked.
Let me know what you guys think! Like this post if ti worked for you.

This would be hugely helpful as well if we could link particular line items or rates as being equal across phases, so you could change across all without having to set globals.
