We use Showbiz budgeting and we add a lot of notes to the top page of the budget. You can do that when you export and add notes. But it would be great to have a notes section to layout deliverables, timelines, etc that are not only located in the export PDF page

Hey Jacob, thanks for the feedback. Its a great note, ideally is it something you want to be able to share without exporting as a PDF or just reference for your own use? Curious if you feel like it naturally fits somewhere currently.

Jens Jacob: overall project note. we outline key deliverables and timeline which is helpful for any collaborator to know and track. also having a signature field would be great to have a client sign off on the budget.
