Want the ability to apply rich text formatting -bold, italic, highlight, etc. - to individual lines in the Actuals log. This would let them visually distinguish sections within their actuals data, making the log easier to scan and navigate.

Current behavior: Lines in the Actuals log are plain text only. No formatting options are available.

Desired behavior: Can apply per-line formatting (bold, italic, underline, highlight/background color) to draw attention to or visually separate sections of the actuals log.

Acceptance criteria:

Lines in the Actuals log support bold formatting

Lines support italic formatting

Lines support highlight (background color) — at least a default highlight color, ideally a small color palette

Formatting controls are accessible via toolbar and/or keyboard shortcuts (Cmd/Ctrl+B, Cmd/Ctrl+I, etc.)

Formatting persists when navigating away and reloading

Formatting is preserved in PDF/report exports of the Actuals log

Formatting can be removed/cleared from a line
