When I'm almost done filling out the panel to issue a new card and accidentally click on any of area outside the panel (like the ones circled in red) - The entire panel goes away with nothing saved and I have to start over again.

I would recommend having a confirmation of "Are you sure you want to leave the issue a new card window? Your progress will not be saved" for example...
