Wrong overtime calculations?

I wonder if I'm not understanding the overtime calculations correctly, or if I put them in wrong.
I have an actor that I know will be working 12 hour days for 15 days on a moderate low SAG budget.
If I put her at: 1 day at $421/day + 4 hours OT = $736.75
If I put her at: 15 days at $421/day + 60 hours OT = $12,524.75
But if I put her at $736.75/day for 15 days, the total is $11,051.25
Is there something in the OT calculation I'm doing wrong or misunderstanding?
Ot is set to 1.5x after 8 and 2x after 12.

Hey Amanda, I think you are using it right the only caveat is currently OT calculator only works for a single day. How you can still use it for multiple is if you turn that actor line into an account. (Right click and click expand) you can then break out all the days and then only include OT hrs for the days that are applicable
