Not sure if I am missing it but I wish I could change the variance tab to reflect the estimate minus a new phase; instead of being locked to estimate minus actuals.

Hey Edward, yes its a good point you bring up. We are working towards doing this!

For context - our estimates are ‘client facing’ we then have an internal estimate which we need to track against in order to hit our margins
